Shanna Grossman

She has over 20 years of experience as a full time Realtor and Property Manager. She has consistently shown the ability to exceed her client's expectations in the buying, selling or managing of their homes.

She understands that buying, selling or renting Real Estate can be stressful and as a full time Broker, she works hard to lower your stress level, and to help you enjoy your experience.

Originally from Colorado, she moved to Arizona in 1996 and soon after found her passion for Real Estate. Shanna started by purchasing her own investment properties and soon learned the importance of having a good Property Manager. Seeing how a good Property Manager can affect your bottom line, she decided to dive in and become a Realtor/Property Manager.

Nothing beats real life experience and with more than 20 years on the job, she has plenty to share. She is the Designated Broker and Owner of Tinzie Realty in Wickenburg, AZ.

Shanna is a proud member of her community and is always giving back. In fact, she donates part of every commission she earns to charity. Some of her favorites charities are National Brussel Griffon (she owns 3!) Rescue, Feed My Starving Children and Travis Mills Wounded Warrior Foundation.

Shanna is a member of WeSERV, the Arizona Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

    Shanna was very informative about the area. She also listened to what we were looking for. She clearly outlined the process and steps for us since this was our first purchase in another state. She followed up with our lender and saved us a lot of time. Shanna also obtained a list of contractors for our new build for warranty. Being new to the area, she was able to provide a list of various contractors and businesses for us. She was timely in all responses and available to meet us with short notice when needed.

    I have never sold a home before and just the thought of it would almost give me an anxiety attack. The thought of how to get home repairs done, how to price, how to list it for sale and basically everything that comes with selling a home including the timing of the sale was overwhelming.
